Valérie Skrodzki’s practice focuses on all aspects of national and European procurement law as well as on private construction law and architectural and engineering law.
Her work in procurement law includes providing target-oriented advice to the public sector on the preparation and implementation of national and European-wide tenders. In addition, Valérie Skrodzki supports bidders in the legally secure and successful drafting of participation documents and bidding documents as well as in the assertion of violations of public procurement law in review proceedings.
In the areas of construction law and architectural and engineering law, Valérie Skrodzki advises companies on issues of contract drafting as well as during construction, on the examination of strategic decisions, reviewing addenda and the successful assertion of claims in and out of court.
