Eric Neumann specialises in advising clients on all fields related to German and European procurement law, private and public construction law as well as architectural and engineering law.
In procurement law he provides effective and tailored support to the public sector in national and international procedures. Additionally, he also supports bidders with the legally compliant and successful management of participation in award procedures.
In the fields of construction and architectural and engineering law, he advises companies on matters of contract design and, during construction, on the review of strategic decisions, addenda and successfully enforcing claims both in and out of court.
Before joining us, Eric Neumann acquired experience in construction law both by working for a large international company in Brussels and also during his post-graduate studies, which focused on European law.
