Simone Wittenberg

Simone Wittenberg advises the public sector and commercial enterprises in all fields of national and European procurement law as well as private construction law (VOB/B regulations, PPP, employment law in the construction sector). A further focus of her practice is on advising architects and engineers, in particular in the context of the current reform of the German Civil Code (BGB) relating to construction contract law and architectural and engineering law.

Simone Wittenberg has successfully completed advanced training courses on fiscal and employment law and publishes on procurement law.
